WHAT: A 6-12 month program for teams that are ready to establish or transform their strategic planning, goal-setting and performance measurement processes.

HOW: Starting with a 1-2 day virtual workshop, the Strategic Storytelling Masterplan program continues with quarterly and monthly goal-setting and review check-ins hosted by a facilitator.
